The following are some of the various awards won by the Company in recognition of the efficiency and quality of its services:

- “As Luzes da Água” Award - for its set of actions in water, water resources and technology field, SABESP has been awarded during the 7th International Symposium on Water, created by the United Nations, held in Cannes, France, from June 27 to July 1, 2005.

- Governor Mário Covas Award - granted by the São Paulo State Government, for the product SIGNOS – Sanitation Geographic Information System.

- State Program of Conservation and Rational Use of Energy 2005 - PROCEL, in the electric energy category - granted by Federação das Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo (FIESP) to SABESP for the Electric Energy Waste Fighting Program, developed by the Santana Pumping Station – São Paulo Capital.

- IV Excellence Award in Electronic Government 2005 E-Gov, G2B Category - the award is an initiative of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Communication State Entities, in partnership with the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management of the Federal Government. SABESP has been awarded for the Electronic Bidding Management System - SGL.

- Corporate Governance Award - as one of the best corporate governance companies in Brazil.

- ANEFAC Transparência 2005 Award - for the clarity and accuracy of the information comprised in its financial statements.
